At Cream Photography all our portrait images are taken in our clients home or on location, as we feel this produces much more relaxed natural portraits, it also enables us to keep our costs down and pass those savings onto yourself. Sessions are available during the week and on weekends, and usually last about one - two hours depending on how young the family members are and what moods they are in! With babies we always allow sufficient time for nappy changes, feed breaks,and little naps if needed! Babies and children seem a lot more comfortable in their own warm environment with their own toys to attract them.

After the photo shoot there is about a four week turnaround before we return with your proofs for presentation and selection.(This timescale can be reduced if images are required for a special date)

What Will Happen

• You will receive a booking confirmation and a fully itemized pricelist by post. 
• We will telephone you to confirm the session, usually the evening before. 
• You and your family will be photographed at home or on location, usually the session will take between 60 - 120mins depending on ages and moods! Your session fee is collected at this stage. Payment can be made by either cash, or debit card. You will be advised of the estimated timescale until your proof images will be ready to view (usually 3-4 weeks) 
• As soon as your proof images are ready, an appointment will be made to return to your home for you to view and make your order selections. To help you make your choices all proofs are shown on both hardcopy and laptop presentation to demonstrate the different colour finishes available. Also brought are frame samples, examples of all the different print sizes, a sample framed portrait and block canvas. 
• Payment can be made by either cash, cheque, debit or credit card. 
• In about a week to ten days after taking your order we will deliver your finished creative portrait images to you.
